ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp ground clove
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • 1 tbsp maple sugar

instructions

  1. Toast fennel in a hot, dry pan
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Mix and add water until “sausage” consistency is reached"
