ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp tahini

instructions

  1. drain chickpeas (save the juice)
  2. mince garlic
  3. run chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini through a food processor
  4. add juice from chickpeas if it's too thick and process some more
