Pecan Tarts

ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp soft oleo
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cube soft oleo
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg

instructions

  1. Cream together the first 2 items and add one cup flour. Mix and chill 20 minutes in freezer or all night in the fridge
  2. Shape in 24 balls 1" in size (or 12 larger ones for larger pans) Press in tart pans and fill with this filling.
