Santa Fe Soup

ingredients

  • 1 lb velveta
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans w/ juice
  • 1 lb Owens Sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can corn w/ juice
  • cilantro
  • sour cream
  • avocado
  • crumbled chips

instructions

  1. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. When soup just ready to eat, add
  3. 1 lb. velveta cut in small pieces and continue to heat until melted.
  4. Top with cilantro, sour cream, avocado or crumbled chips.
