Santa Fe Soup
- 1 lb velveta
- 1 can Ranch Style beans w/ juice
- 1 lb Owens Sausage, browned and drained
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can corn w/ juice
- sour cream
- crumbled chips
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- When soup just ready to eat, add
- 1 lb. velveta cut in small pieces and continue to heat until melted.
- Top with cilantro, sour cream, avocado or crumbled chips.
