Spicy Cranberries

ingredients

  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 2 oranges, zested and juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 cups cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Grand Marnier

instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in sauce pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer until desired consistency, about 40 to 50 minutes.
