Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup spinach (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated swiss chess
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pie shell, 9"
  • 3 eggs

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Saute mushrooms and spinach in butter
  3. Beat together Milk, Half & Half and eggs and then add seasonings and cheese
  4. Combine the two mixtures and pour into pie shell
  5. Bake for 35 minutes
